DESCRIPTION
12,000 square foot new building. Slab on grade, CMU walls, structural steel, brick veneer, membrane roof, CMU and drywall partition walls, acoustical ceilings, millwork, cabinets, lockers, specialty paints, wall coverings, carpet and ceramic tile. Includes locker room, dining area, kitchen, dormitory, training room, offices and apparatus bays. Rebuild and extend Gezon Parkway 1/4 mile.
