DESCRIPTION
3,500 square foot, 2-floor
addition. Slab on grade, concrete walls, structural steel, metal
siding, standing seam roof, paint and exposed structure with plate
steel interior wrapping. Includes extension of tipping floor, stairwell,
lower level loading bay and a 200 linear foot truck ramp to lower
level. Removal and replacement of fill for the entire site to a
depth of 20'. Secure existing building from collapse on one side
of excavation and maintain 4' to property line on other side of
excavation.
