8,000 square foot new building. Slab on grade, pre-engineered steel, CMU exterior walls, standing seam roofing, drywall partition walls, acoustical ceilings, paint, carpet and vinyl tile. Includes loading dock, 2-story office and sales and inventory areas. Demolition of existing 10,000 square foot building and an aggressive schedule.
