DESCRIPTION
200,000 square foot, 6-floor
historic renovation. Concrete, wood, steel and brick structure,
membrane roof, CMU, brick and drywall partitions, exposed and acoustical
ceilings, millwork, paint and stain finishes, painted concrete,
ceramic tile, wood and carpet flooring. Includes complete removal
of all systems and finishes and re-installation of new. 4 new entries,
370 new windows, 3 new shaftways and elevators, duplication of historic
elements, new corridors and common area lobbies, new restrooms,
prep 130,000 square feet of tenant spaces. Extremely large and complex
program.
