DESCRIPTION
8,000 square foot new building.
Slab on grade, wood frame, wood trusses, brick veneer, shingle roof,
drywall partition walls, security walls, acoustical ceilings, millwork,
specialty cabinetry, post office boxes, paint, wall coverings, carpet,
ceramic and vinyl tile. Includes loading dock, offices, service
area, box lobby and workroom. Adherence to strict U.S.P.S specifications
and federal requirements.
